How to Assemble the Lifting Mechanism

1. Materials

Materials Required

• 2x NEMA 17 steppers
• A Lot of M4 and M3 screws & nuts
• 2x metal rods at least 12mm long with a diameter of 2.75mm
• 1x switch

STL Models

• 8 Support Axel
• 8 Half Coils
• 4 Pulleys
• 4 Half-Wheels
• 1 Switch Wheel

DXF Models

• 2 Top Plate
• Bottom Plate
• Switch Plate
• Arm
• Top Arm

2. Assembly

Top Assembly

Once everything is printed, the top part can be assembled as shown below:

Once the strings are added, the result should look something like that

Bottom Assembly

The bottom part is more simple to assemble, it should look like this

For the switch wheel, some insert will be done on these two holes

Once assembled and screwed, the result should look like that
